  • Epic!

This is such a unique type of podcast! Really dives into mail distribution like Amazon and the insight into orders and delivery. I think if more people had insight like this they would find the process of packaging and shipping so interesting. Great detail and dive into how Prime Day and sales work. Excellent content!

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

#46 Top 5 Holidays with Special Guests Ann Marie and James
Q: How has your view as a spouse or someone that's connected to a postal employee, how have you viewed the post office in the past, your experiences with the post office, and then up into present day?
I've always loved the post office. Growing up when I was younger, because I'm from Italy, so we came here when I was seven. So going to the local post office for the first time, which was this beautiful old building with the columns and the steps, almost like a courthouse. I really enjoyed going to the post office.
#52 Season 2 Premier with Vince from Toronto
Q: What inspired you to become a mail carrier?
Vince wanted to be out and about, meet interesting people, and not sit in an office or factory all day, which led him to take the opportunity at Canada Post.
#58 - Jef's Love Pants with Special Guest Virgilio from Seattle
Q: What is the tentative agreement's impact on overtime and wages?
The tentative agreement retained some problematic aspects, allowing management more control over overtime without proper protections for workers.
#58 - Jef's Love Pants with Special Guest Virgilio from Seattle
Q: What are the pros and cons of being a mail carrier?
It's rewarding yet challenging. You meet kind customers and enjoy independence outside the office, but it's hard labor and can involve long hours and management stress.
#54 - Dashboard Burritos Featuring Casey Rae from Illinois
Q: Which infamous person would you have deliver your mail?
I'd have to go with OJ.
