起因很简单：二胖夸我（依恺）带娃是全家最有耐心的，大家都要向我学习，让我心情愉快了很久！这种情绪价值的力量是巨大的。
其实很多优点其实一直存在，但不去仔细想真的就会注意不到，但它们确实真的是在闪闪发光的。
更重要的是，夸着夸着我们发现，我们互夸的每一个优点背后，其实都藏着一个可以复用的育儿方法。所以这期不是撒狗粮，而是借“互夸”的外壳，对我们两年多来带娃经验做一个精华总结，希望大家在笑声中也略有一点启发~

在哥去年9月入托，上的是一所蒙氏幼儿园托班。过去一年里，他从情绪管理到语言能力到规则意识，进步肉眼可见——更重要的是，每天上学都是蹦蹦跳跳地进教室，头都不回。一年了，我和二胖对学校的各方面都很满意。
但每次和朋友聊起这所学校，大家问得最多的就是这三个问题：

过去两三个月，二胖的人生迎来了一个“奇怪”的阶段——工作不想做，娃不想带，运动不想动，朋友消息都不想回，只想躺在角落里刷剧，任由自己长胖10斤。用二胖自己的话说：“整个人进入了一种失去感知的状态，没有情绪，没有想法，没有欲望，就像一个没有灵魂的躯壳。”
