I love Cam’s stories. As a former NHLer, he has insight into the game that only a professional player could have. I love hearing all the behind the scenes details of life as an NHL player. I grew up a Hershey Bears season ticket holder in the 70s and 80s, so I always really enjoy Cam’s stories about how crazy the minors were during that time. Cam went on my show (MattieC’s Sports For You & Me) and what an amazing person with great hockey stories. This guy is a true fans player, and old school guy. As a lifelong Canadiens fan I am familiar with Cam Connor and fondly recall his OT winner vs. the Leafs in 1979. But that was about all I remember about the man.
