Good, clean, hockey fun! I unfortunately feel Ooolala Pierre, McGuire does not and never has rung the bell for me.
With the full understanding this is a podcast where the host is expected to talk, I just wish Jeff would stop being so wordy and let things flow. He’ll spend 45 seconds saying the same thing 3 different ways with increasing complexity and it makes for a brutal listen sometimes. We don’t need all that, I know it’s not about ego, maybe he’s even organizing this thoughts for himself while he talks, but far too often it just ends up a ramble. Marek loves hockey. Not a specific team, not the nhl, just a pure love of the game itself. And his passion comes through in everything he talks about during the show. He’s changed the way that I’m a fan of the game and I’m thankful for it.
This might be a good podcast, but I’ll never know because Jeff and Wysh won’t stop interrupting each other.
Used to love Marek, but his frequent guests, particularly Wyshynski, are unlistenable, he’s horrible.
His last show is actually better without him.
