Marek is “great” for long form shows (like The Sheet) as he can talk to himself as much as he wants to. He has ruined the DFO flow; every time he joins Jason here I skip the show. Rupp has been great. But.. Frank ? Can he come back ? Marek has to go !
I like Jason’s look at sports but his co hosts are not helping him at all. Marek and his Ron MacLean like stories just kill all momentum of the podcast. I’ve been a loyal listener to the show since around episode 80. As much as I miss Frank on the show I really do like both Marek & Rupper. They each bring different things to the table from Mikes playing days insight and Mareks experience in the media world. Jason has always been alright. It’s just not good radio and exact opposite of what this pod used to be. Fridays with Rupp are much better and he’s been a gre... more
