As a lifelong Wings fan living in NZ, I’ve listened to all
The podcasts about the wings and this is the best Red Wings podcast out there. A nice mix of insights, analysis, and humor. These guys are dudes.
These 3 are so refreshing to listen to as an overall sports fan. They are optimistic without being unrealistic, and critical without being negative. They don’t over praise a player without mentioning their areas of opportunities. Best of all, they do a really good job of explaining things in a way that a novice and a player themselves can understand. Excellent podcast, no wonder they are celebrating 10 years!
This is not just the best Detroit Red Wings podcast, but the best hockey podcast. Period. The hosts strike the right tone and have great banter. They know hockey and provide a great holistic view of the Red Wings organization, while also having great commentary on the league as a whole. And you’ve got legend Ken Daniels on the intro and outro music.
This podcast is great- three guys who play and know hockey diving into the Red Wings year round.
There a lot I could say, but the Griffins and Wings work directly with these guys because of the quality of their podcast and Ken Daniels recorded custom audio for them. Legit, right?
I listen every week and I feel more connected to the team than ever. I get insights from hockey minds about the Red Wings that normally I wouldn’t noticed.
Really enjoy the banter and playfulness of the group and can’t wait to hear a playoff episode
