As a nonprofit leader supporting Veterans, I appreciated this impactful episode with Garret Biss. Sean and Keith drew out meaningful insights on living a self-directed life and applying positive psychology. I often say transitions require space and grace—this conversation affirmed that. Grateful for messages like this that uplift our Veteran community, especially during transitions.
I can’t recommend this podcast any less for anyone going from the military to the civilian life. The hosts and the guests all bring a wealth of experience to help out the military community.
Whether you’re just starting your transition or looking for ongoing career growth, this podcast is a must listen.

Great show - highly recommend.
Really appreciate you guys putting this together. Transitioning out of the army wasn’t an easy process, and there wasn’t anything like this that could be listened to, that would help all of the young men and women who are coming back to the civilian world. Thank you guys and God bless!
