    Hi Melissa, just want to say that I love your episode with Jeff Lewis! Especially when you discussed delegations and the book ‘Buying Back Your Time’ (I’m on chapter 10 already!) - I resonated with what you mentioned about how you talk to teams in meetings and how teams are not taking the time to sit down and have conversations weekly about the numbers, and that it doesn’t have to be a discussion about why someone is behind or falling short.   • Melissa is the BEST!!!!!!

    Over the years I’ve listened to dozens of podcasts for firm owners. And while there are some truly great ones out there, I find myself tuning into this one the most. Melissa’s got a real superpower for cutting through the noise and fluff & getting lawyers to focus on what really matters for business growth. Can’t recommend this podcast and Velocity Work in general enough!!
