  • No longer a fan

I’ve been pretty disappointed with Kraske’s interviews this year. He is gentle and passive with guests who should be challenged. Yesterday’s episode about KC police training was the end for me - I could not believe what I was hearing. This program is officially out of my rotation.

Kraske is just a little too old white guy for the world we’re living in. I think it’s time they bring in someone else for these interviews.

Q: What role does the World Cup and its branding play in this campaign?
The World Cup brought international attention and tax-funded branding changes to cover up imagery; this raises questions about who gets prioritized in public spaces and why similar changes aren't made domestically for the Chiefs branding.
Seeing more ‘Stop the Chop’ signs around Kansas City? Campaign to rename Chiefs goes even bigger
Q: Why is the tomahawk chop considered harmful by the coalition?
Because it reinforces stereotypes and reduces a diverse group of Indigenous peoples to a single, caricatured image, which can lead to discriminatory attitudes and harm to youth and communities.
