Don’t know how I stumbled upon this, but so glad I did! I’ve really enjoyed listening to informed chat about acts and albums I’ve enjoyed for years - in particular the Hot Snakes episode. And seeing as how there’s about a million episodes, I’ve plenty more to listen to and enjoy. I’m off to re listen to Godspeed now. Cheers lads & lassies.
I’m indebted to this pod for giving excellent coverage and discussion to artists that have in been in my blind spot. Even the artists I was familiar with were incredibly entertaining and thoughtful episodes.
…..and has been for the last 3 years!
The unsane and Nina nastasia podcasts were perfection .I’ve never met anyone who loves music like that.
The hosts are engaging and well informed yet it never feels clunky or contrived . A huge amount of musical inspiration ( or not depending on the subject ) to dig into … like or loathe the music chosen it’s always engaging . Definitely one of the best podcasts out there .
