  • Okay

The content is great but it felt like over 50 percent of the episode was just her trying to sell me a program. I obviously understand you have to promote your product but when there’s as much selling going on as content it gets really annoying.

  • Life changing

Seriously. Between this podcast, doing TCW then MCE and now currently the experience I can truly say working with Michelle is one of the GREATEST things you can do for yourself and those around you. She has helped me dissolve so many negative patterns and taught me the habits to learn true love for myself and confidence in my daily life. Do the work and you’re guaranteed to see results.

  • Lotsa pitching

I really like this podcast but the promotion of coaching is way too much. Maybe at the beginning and a reminder at the end as a cta at the end but I’ve heard it like 3 times in one episode which is complete overkill

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Ep 213: Solo Travel, Self-Talk, and Skydiving: A Fearless Conversation with Connected Woman Alum Dily
Q: What do you think the mistake of making the same mistake two, 300 times is about?
Dily discovered that it was deeper than just a lack of knowledge; it represented her internalized negative self-talk and deeper emotional issues.
Ep 198: Sweet Surrender: A Conversation with Embodiment Coach Chené O'Brien
Q: What advice would you give to someone who is either feeling stuck or just scared to take that first step?
Take a breath and ask yourself that question again, because your body will tell you the answer.
Ep 198: Sweet Surrender: A Conversation with Embodiment Coach Chené O'Brien
Q: Would you feel comfortable sharing what self-abandonment looks like or looked like for you?
It played out mostly in romantic relationships, but truly everywhere. I would always value someone else's comfort over my own, and this led to an emotionally abusive relationship.
Ep 187: How to Recognize YOUR Needs: A Conversation With Abigail Elizabeth
Q: What was that process like for you? Did it feel quite instantaneous? Did it feel easy?
It has been internally very painful, but in the best way. The biggest part was figuring out what I needed after a lifetime of putting myself aside.
Ep 183: Let's Talk CONFIDENCE feat. Caitlin Hosking
Q: What does confidence mean to you?
Confidence comes from having the courage to do something that scares you, allowing yourself to be present in the moment without fear of judgment.
