In this episode of Unf*ck Your Relationship, I dig into the blind spots of anxious attachment, the hidden patterns that keep you stuck in the same cycles, even when you think you’ve “done the work.”

The content is great but it felt like over 50 percent of the episode was just her trying to sell me a program. I obviously understand you have to promote your product but when there’s as much selling going on as content it gets really annoying.
Seriously. Between this podcast, doing TCW then MCE and now currently the experience I can truly say working with Michelle is one of the GREATEST things you can do for yourself and those around you. She has helped me dissolve so many negative patterns and taught me the habits to learn true love for myself and confidence in my daily life. Do the work and you’re guaranteed to see results.
I listen to this podcast often for the last two months and every time I listen I feel empowered and have a new sense of strength and lessons learned to help me grow. Keep up the great work!
I really like this podcast but the promotion of coaching is way too much. Maybe at the beginning and a reminder at the end as a cta at the end but I’ve heard it like 3 times in one episode which is complete overkill
I listen while I’m training for my half marathon, golly I wish I found this earlier
