I’m a spontaneous arousal partner who has listened to countless podcasts on spontaneous vs responsive and bridging the gap.

I’ve been so disappointed that the only advice was for me to do better - it means I spend all my time trying to understand the other partner’s style at the loss of my own voice.

I believe in emotional connection and foreplay, I practice the non-sexual way of connecting but nobody seems to ask the responsive partner to understand me.

  • Challenging and HELPFUL!

Love this podcast! I have been listening to each episode 2-3 times, because there are GOLD NUGGETS in every episode. Also, my wife and I have been in private coaching with Amy, and it’s been great for us individually and for our marriage. We are in the process of cleaning up a few bad dynamics that we had built over 24 years. It’s hard work, but soooo worth it! I am so thankful.
