I really appreciate this podcast Amanda. I’ve been a long time listen and really enjoy your podcast content, but this last series was incredible and so important. Thank you for taking the time to work through all this and present it in such a clear and straightforward manner. Thank you!
This is all based on the opinion of the host and not Scripture. For topics like “did I marry the right person?”, to not mention scripture or consider God’s perspective is dangerous. When you take your vows, it’s for better or wo... more
Three episodes in and the gaslighting is INSANE. Everything boils down to ‘it’s totally normal for you ladies to not have sex with your husbands. It’s all his fault for not understanding you.’ Or ‘guys, get over it— just because your wife doesn’t want to have sex with you, doesn’t mean she doesn’t love you’. I don’t see any fixes here— simply 15 minutes of daily affirmations to ladies that their rejecting sex is completely understandable and their husbands just need to understand you better.
NAIL. ON. THE. HEAD!! Man! Amanda!!! This is so good! Absolutely a necessary podcast and I love how you come from a biblical point of view!! Sharing with everyone!
Amanda is absolutely incredible. She puts really solid time in preparation for each podcast and keeps it both real and fun. She teaches how to navigate so many of the communication (both verbal and non-verbal) struggles that couples have and she has helped me understand my spouse so much more clearly. If you believe that marriage is the most important relationship you will ever have, this podcast is for you.
