  • Everyone needs to sit in the Uncomfy chair.

This show is so needed in an ever increasingly divided world. If we don’t learn or re-learn how to learn about, and from each other and get uncomfortable with that process, America could see some really dark days ahead. Thank you Julie.

  • 👏🏻👏🏻

I absolutely love this podcast as I have found myself searching for help in sitting in my uncomfortable seasons and moments. I love how short the episodes are, my only critique is I want more than one episode a week 😂

  • The hard work of love

I have learned a lot from this podcast. Leaning in to discomfort and getting curious are skills that come in very useful these days! When I can tell someone isn’t going to listen to me, I go into “listen mode” and truly try to understand and rephrase their thoughts. This turns down my temperature and increases the likelihood that they will be willing to hear my point of view. This is how to build Zion, and I believe that if we build it, He will come.
