I think the majority of the hosts/panelists are interesting and funny. As someone who has stepped away from “left/liberal” I’d say this podcast isn’t politically diverse at all. No devils advocate, and plenty of insults directed toward conservatives. I’ll probably check in once in a while to see if this has changed. They seem like educated and funny people but the narrowness seems needless. Please ask your guests not to equate “dumb” with military or the other half of the nation (conservatives).... more
Would be very fun to hear you guys discuss the state of play two beers in. Thanks.
I’m not super knowledgeable about politics but I try to stay informed. I listen to some news podcasts to keep up with what’s happening but Two Beers In actually teaches me more about what’s going on in the world of politics than anything else I listen to — and in an entertaining way. The hosts always have interesting guests, their energy and passion is infectious, they’re smart and funny, and I’m actually learning something about the world. 👍
Good comedy. I would enjoy it more if I were millennial too. But I’m too old to enjoy the f-word every other word.
Cody and Charlie are very well-informed and bring a much-needed sense of humor in these strange times. This podcast definitely appeals to my snarky left-wing sensibilities. I look forward to new episodes when they drop! If they ever came to Texas, I’d go “Two Beers In” with them!

A sharp, combative NYC panel talk-show blends local policy, urban design, and neighborhood culture with sharp humor. Episodes frequently center on transportation reform, housing access, sidewalk life, and colorful city quirks, all filtered through a New York lens by a rotating mix of comedians, journalists, and policy activists. The vibe is irreverent but informed, often featuring quizzes, audience interaction, and candid banter about city governance, making it feel like a lively community discussion that's entertaining as it educates. A notable strength is the consistent pairing of humor with serious policy topics, plus a deep bench of guests from Streetsblog NYC, transportation advocacy, and local media, which provides diverse perspective... more
