Love love LOVE listening to these two. As someone who is in HR and loves the people but hates the paperwork it’s refreshing to hear honest talk about HR and culture. Now my only regret is that I didn’t get to work for either of these women, but I will learn what I can from them now :).
I listened to the trailer and am so excited about this podcast. I want to hear what Patty and Jessica have to share about their work experiences together and the wisdom they gather from those they interview. I love the title of the podcast because personally, I believe that truth works in any situation. The truth is, I’m Jessica’s mother and I am so proud of her.
I have worked closely with many HR professionals over the years as general counsel and simply as an employee. I love hearing a fresh perspective. Thinking outside the box and being involved in the business as “owners” versus as “support” is a critical shift to helping HR work better for everyone, not just the company. I look forward to hearing more.
