  • Terrible

Everyone says speak up and be smart about recognising abusers of women and children. Yet in this case we are being asked to put proven facts aside and cast this man alongside Folbigg and Chamberlain. Both of whom were treated terribly because they are women, mind you. more

  • No one needs another devils advocate

Absolutely wild to think this was in any way needed given he was convicted, twice, on this evidence. Remind me again how far he drove to get to the damn with no braking? Please. Maybe your time would be better spent investigating a worthwhile case?

  • Challenging listen

There aren’t a lot of people wanting to entertain the idea that this was an accident. I don’t either but The point of the podcast for me is introducing the idea of doubt. After listening I believe there is doubt. As to whether it’s more than reasonable doubt that is for others to decide but it’s worth another look.

  • Brilliantly written told and produced

I do much prefer a Podcast with a point of view and this has one based on scientific evidence. And so much better than some other “trial by podcast” that seek to try folks BEFORE they’ve been to trial (eg Teachers Pet). It seems so much more virtuous to use Podcasts to right the wrongs of justice gone awry than seek to convict in the court of public opinion! This Podcast was so well crafted and so easy to follow the strands — well done. I hope some good comes of this!
