No idea why the families or the reporter think that Dean should be forced to attend an inquest. The poor KID was literally asleep and thrust into a complete nightmare. Leave him alone to rebuild his life. Everyone else involved need to be accountable for the outcome. Including the two who lost their lives.
The lack of awareness about mental health and complex PTSD is amazing in this day and age. Not one single mental health expert was available? Reporter, chooses to use blame language and couples this with an ‘incredulous’ tone that clearly illustrates how biased and uniformed his research is. Zero understanding which is really tough and alienating to listen too. Triple 0 failed, the ambulance failed, The police failed everyone. I feel for the families…I feel for their frustrations at the legal ... more

A meticulous true-crime investigation series focusing on a 2018 incident in a Queensland coast town, where two men died during a chaotic night at a party and a teenager was implicated. Across episodes, the host interrogates emergency responses, coroner proceedings, and the legal system, weaving in interviews, transcripts, and family perspectives to explore accountability, perceived biases, and the quest for truth. The show stands out for its hour-by-hour recounts, unheard audio, and a clearly structured push for transparency in cases that remain emotionally charged for families and communities.
