Har fulgt denne podden siden den startet, og i det store og det hele gir jeg den en 10/10 for feelgood, kloke budskap og variert innhold, men i det siste synes jeg det har «sklidd» litt ut. Etter Pia startet med sin «kostholdsreise» har det blitt alt for mye fokus på innhold som omhandler riktig (les: er det riktig) mat, kaloritelling og antall skritt (10000 skritt er IKKE en anbefaling, forskning viser at man får helsegevinst selv av 6k), og litt for lite kritisk tenking rundt hva man faktisk p... more
