I have been a nurse in the Trauma Surgical ICU for 7 years. With this podcast I have gained insight on the surgeon’s perspective but also on the perspective of the team as a whole. I realize that my ACS level 1 Trauma center has a long way to go- I enjoy keeping up on what is current practice through this podcast and hope to improve my own practice.
I’m A Fourth year medical student rotating in the ICU - this podcast has been a fantastic resource! Highly recommend for learners in this setting! Thank you Dr Kim for this engaging resource!
Was excited to find a trauma podcast. Instead get no actionable information. Feels like “leadership” propaganda.
