I really want to love this podcast as I love the message and the guests are great. I just feel it gets a bit rambley at times - Tally is great at using a lot of words to say very little and takes ages to get around to the point she is making. I wish she would let her guest speak more as they always seem so interesting.
This is such a stellar podcast! I appreciate the wide range of topics and guests, especially Kimberly Wilson and Joshua Wolrich. Also loving the new anti diet bride series. Tally is a great host and I love her attitude- she feels like the friend who I know will always back me up and have a helpful approach for any situation.
Tally is such a breath of fresh air in the fitness space. I’ve followed her for 4+ years and have loved this podcast. My journey like others’ and Tally describes has been like a pendulum and it is really helpful to have her as a constant in my life. With her help the pendulum is slowly coming to a wonderful middle ground. Thank you!
The perfect mix of informative and educational! Tally is one of the only people talking about intuitive movement and making exercise fun and inclusive - such a lifeline!
I’m really enjoying listening to this and have been listening to it through doing the couch to 5k. It never fails to boost and motivate me even when I’m not feeling that way when I set off! Tally has such a kind and compassionate manner I really love listening to her
