Love the girls love the show and love their relationship, always a top listen. BUT as nice as it is that they crack each other up- these sections go on for way too long and need to be edited down. 4 mins of them in quite high pitched hysterics is lovely for them but not that great a listening experience. It’s also a comprehension issue, I can’t really hear what they’re saying when they’re in hysterics so unfortunately just makes it a bit dull. Feel like a dick for skipping ahead through their la... more
On the whole I love this podcast. The guests are brilliant and the interviews are thought provoking and insightful. The good, bad and awkward you have to be in the right mood for and can be a bit long, being about the girls’ personal lives too I feel they’re a little introspective. The latest episode with Kaz Crossley was weirdly vague too - talking about ‘something’ that happened in Dubai with no real explanation or full details. I find this strange - if you’re going to broadcast the story you ... more
I just discovered this playlist and am absolutely obsessed! I love your guys silly banter and love how down to earth you are! I feel like I’m hanging with friends when I listen to it! I HAVE to shout out the episode with The Birds Papaya - so incredibly relatable! Had me bawling like a baby!!
Obsessed with how open, honest and raw these girls are about every topic. I’m a mum of 2 living on the other side of the world (Australia) to my ‘village’ (Uk) so listening to this podcast, whilst out walking, really helps me get through. The guests are always amazing and it really doesn’t matter what the topic is, it’s always entertaining and food for thought. Couldn’t recommend Alex & Em more - I’ve not missed an episode since they started 🤩💞
I really wanted to love this as I love Alex’s content on Instagram. However, there was far too much unnecessary chat for me and far too much personal content. Not as much focus on the guest as there was on themselves. The questions they asked to the skincare expert were largely personal to them and so I couldn’t relate in the way I was hoping to or take much from the episode.
