I love her focus on actionable advice that’s simple and adaptable depending on where you’re at :)
Great guests, but Alice tends to dominate the conversation at times . Avoiding bringing the conversation to herself would make for much better interviews.
I’m used to really like this podcast but honestly I don’t think I can stand to listen to the absolute hypocrisy which will no doubt be spewed with the release of the new book. She made a name for herself perpetuating “clean” and disordered eating and is now going to monetise her sob story. No thanks.
I wanted to like this podcast, but Alice really needs to learn to let her guests speak! If you’re going to get interesting guests on, you need to give them the space to talk, and to make it a genuine dialogue. By all means offer your own insights or prompt the direction of the conversation, but the balance felt a little off.
Thoughtful topics, sensitively covered. Thank you Alice!
