A good reminder of the importance to slowdown and appreciate nature, and incorporate that mindfulness into our routines
The podcast discusses the importance of making small everyday contributions to appreciate and improve our environment, using the practice of mindfulness as a starting point. I listened to episode 1 whilst on the go but Chloe and Joe’s relaxed conversation made me feel like I was sitting at a kitchen table with them. Thanks guys - looking forward to future episodes!
This podcast premiere was brilliant. I so enjoyed the conversation between the hosts, Joe and Chloë, complete with humor and spot on discussions about our the natural world. I look forward to the mindfulness exercises Chloe will bundle into future editions of Tradewinds. I look forward to hearing more about how mindfulness and getting actively involved in local environmental projects. Thank you, Joe and Chloë for providing me 40 minutes of inspiration.
Informative with an eye to environmental activism and a love for nature. It makes me feel I really can make a difference one easy step at a time. Joe and Chloë make engaging hosts as they live what they talk about. Their lighthearted humorous banter is very engaging. Older kids would like this at home or in a school setting.
I’ve always been fascinated with mindfulness meditation, and enjoyed the outdoors - but I never considered combining the two as a gateway to living sustainably! These guys make it fun to learn about nature and relaxing to enjoy.
