- Are episodes supposed to be late?
It’s great to have the episodes but they are 6-12 hours behind when I need them. I want up to date information so if the episode says it’s from the night before and hasn’t been updated then it’s not as helpful as it could be.

After they switched the podcasting backend to Art19 from Spotify for Podcasters, this podcast is useless. Now It’s only updated once daily in the morning. Get yesterday’s top news, as of 18 hours ago!
Under the old setup, WTOP would continuously upload the broadcast that aired just 2 hours prior. It wasn’t live, but it was timely enough and still had useful info. Now the content in the feed is old and irrelevant.

Such a great resource to catch the highlights of WTOP and keep abreast of the local news in the DC area. Just one comment - I hear more more radio static while listening to the podcast than I do when listening to WTOP on the radio in the car. The static is so bad on the podcast at times, I almost stopped listening. Surely there should be a way to cut the static before uploading as a podcast.
