He's also a political analyst on "What's Your Point?" on Fox 26 Houston. He's also an author of several books, his latest being "The Tip of The Pyramid: Cultivating Community Cultural Capital".

    Tony Diaz deserves much recognition in Texas and Houston not only in showcasing Latino/Chicano arts, literary and cultural contributions and community engagement, but in advocacy and activism that directly impacts the Latino community in Texas & beyond. The Librotraficante movement Tony conceptualized organized and led was a revolution in awareness, advocacy and empowerment that charged the southwest from Houston, Texas, New Mexico, California and Arizona.
