  • Interesting and simple to understand

I love Josh & Meghan! I’ve taken both the culinary expert course and functional medicine by them and they are both amazing. I am a holistic nutritionist and these short podcasts keep me on my toes! :) more

  • Grifters of the highest order

Two incredibly rich, white and privileged people try to get even richer selling their “fixes” to the masses, which boils down to snake oil and woo woo with a little bit of common sense thrown on top to come across as more reasonable. Please people, get advice from real professionals, not social media hacks who end up trying to sell their own “programs” to you for thousands of dollars. And for the love of god, get vaccinated when you can.

  • Gets to the point

I love when a podcast doesn’t add a bunch of unnecessary fluff and gets right to the point. Love this podcast also because they are well educated experts who provide valuable information.

  • There is no better time than the present

Today is the day!! that I wake up feeling more energized, aligned, and excited. It all starts with health. Meghan and Josh do a great (and entertaining) job at laying down the fundamentals. They explain concepts in simply terms that a lazy guy like me can understand and implement in my day-to-day life. Highly recommend this podcast for anyone who is curious about what it's like to actually live a healthy life. :)
