Episode 877 was going great until there was a doritos ad right after he spoke about an example of snacking being an issue and identifying triggers. Out of all the products in the world that they could advertise, they chose doritos? Not very helpful at all
I just started listening to podcasts and I really enjoyed today’s podcasts I look forward to listening to more of them
It’s so fun to learn all these tiny leaps, because they’re easy to implement and highly motivating. I’m always excited to learn!
This breaks some big ideas down down so they actually feel like I can use them in my own life. Really insightful and encouraging. Plus, the host has a very calming voice!
He goes on and on about being anti-capitalist, but roughly a third or more of every episode is commercials so it’s tiny little things mostly commercials
