星洋、大鑫原屬《聽文樂聲饗》特輯系列，但因為內容主體性強、發展可能性大、涉及層面廣，因此獨立出來製作成Podcast，期待未來的各種可能。 節目主標｜越境之音 「越境之音」中的「越境」既是名詞也是動詞。 名詞的它，不僅指涉越南這個文化多元、古今並蓄的國家本身，也涵蓋近代在臺灣的越南社群； 動詞的它，則進一步象徵從音樂出發，跨越國境、穿越時境、交融語境，弱化甚至打破地理、文化與時代的界線。 節目副標｜越南音樂風景誌 副標題設定為「越南音樂風景誌」是以「聲音本身就有畫面」的角度出發，希望用「風景誌」的視角，細膩描繪越南音樂的多元樣貌，讓聽眾不僅止於旋律的聆賞，也能夠深入理解音樂背後的故事、情感及族群記憶；從傳統到流行、從家族傳承到跨國交融，這些旋律不僅是文化、歷史的見證，更可成為當代台灣音樂多元面貌的映證。

「爵士音樂」相信是大家都有點感覺的音樂類型，但它其實曾經是越南的禁歌！在現今越南，爵士音樂卻成為一個相當被歡迎的主流音樂文化，到底是什麼樣的神奇魔力，讓爵士音樂可以在越南從禁忌走向主流，甚至成為今日都市文化的一部分？
在近代的全球化思潮中，多元性別文化「LGBTQ+」議題近年來也是各國都十分重視的，原因除了突破傳統價值觀束縛，更呼應了對個體差異的尊重、以及自我認同的正視。
