    As a first time parent, I’m eager to help my child grow up with a lot of tools to help them thrive into adulthood, many things I’m now only learning as an adult myself. I really enjoyed this podcast and can’t wait to hear more - the length and detail was super helpful and I appreciated the level of helping parents from a lens that they would see vs. a clinician.
