I can tell these guys know what they’re talking about and I’m on the verge of opening my wallet to them lol. Binging this pod right now and look forward to more content! One thing I’d like to hear more of from guests is: height/weight check, age, some of their early jumping history (ie: did they grow up active or sedentary, playing sports etc…?). Keep up the great work fellas!
Perfect for anybody curious about highly intellectual, informed, intense athletic training mostly specific to basketball and dunking. John and Isaiah are extremely knowledgeable and fun to listen to. This podcast has helped me jump higher, eat better, reduce and rehab injuries, get stronger, and countless other benefits related to training. A great balance of valuable insight from experts and also some laughs along the way. Thank you guys!
John Evans is a talker but he is earnest, humble and knows his stuff. He is and has always been a sponge but knows how to synthesize information and apply it. Continued success John, happy to see how far you’ve come and that you broke away from Athletic Lab.
