  • Great podcast for any busy entrepreneur

This podcast is not just for moms! Any busy entrepreneur will find helpful info here. And Laura does not gatekeep! A lot of business podcasts lure you in and just give you teasers and you have to buy their service for the good stuff. That doesn’t happen here. Episodes are short and sweet and have a lot of helpful content every time.

  • 💎💎💎

I’m not a mom myself, but I have many clients who are parents and I’m always looking for resources to recommend them (and mindset, time and energy tips apply to everyone!) 🤍if you’re busy then the solo episodes are so quick and bingeable, but if you have time then the longer more in depth interviews are also very inspiring! I love when episode titles alone peak my interest, no description necessary! Like how to save 5 hours a week, what a packed gym taught me, stop treating your biz like your b... more

  • Listen to this show!

The conversations on this show, women supporting women, mom’s building businesses, and all the moving pieces they navigate are so incredibly important and necessary. The Subconscious Patterns Driving Your Success (or Not) with Christina Woods
Q: What's hypnotherapy?
Hypnotherapy accesses the subconscious by guiding the client into a brainwave state where deep beliefs and programs reside, allowing us to reframe and rewire those beliefs so they become more aligned with desired outcomes, especially for entrepreneurs.

She highlights pressure to hurry up and succeed, the temptation of rapid monetary milestones, and the importance of maintaining balance to avoid burnout while pursuing big goals.
Grit, Grace, and Goal-Setting: Redefining Success on Your Terms with Sarah Kinlin
Q: How do you know when you're working on the right things in a given year?
She recommends first establishing a clear, meaningful goal and then evaluating actions against that goal, emphasizing alignment and sentiment over rigid numeric targets.
Grit, Grace, and Goal-Setting: Redefining Success on Your Terms with Sarah Kinlin
Q: Walk me through what that looked like for you making the shift from a long corporate career to running your own business?
Sarah describes two catalysts for her transition: not getting a promotion due to leadership changes and the realization she didn't want to spend decades counting down to retirement, which together pushed her to start her own coaching business.
