I enjoy this podcast. It is now a regular part of my morning routine. I listen to an episode everyday on my way to work. However I only gave it four stars because I would have liked to hear more interviews with successful People of color. All of the guests are predominantly Caucasian Male and a handful of Caucasian Female guests. Great interviews especially for such a short amount of time - really gets to vote issues and makes interviewee open up. These are insights I seldom hear elsewhere.
So disappointing. I was excited to listen to the interview with Bethenny Frankel and with it being only 30 mins, the interviewer had a short window to have Bethenny convey to the audience her success in business. Instead, 20 mins of the show was spent on the reality shows she appeared on. I understand touching on that but I wanted to know the nitty gritty of what made her a true success!
