This podcast is truly refreshing and wonderful. Introduces me to artists I should have been listening to all this time. I always find myself wondering whose musical taste is closest to mine. Spoiler alert: it isn’t Nolan. But all four gentlemen have smart opinions and the discussion is never dull. A star for each of them plus one for the education. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
A thoroughly wonderful listen. Always fair, never dunking for the sake of it. All criticisms are rationalised, and all praise genuine. Like listening in to your mates chatting away. A truly lovely vibe. The lack of GY!BE in long songs ALMOST cost the five stars.
There aren’t many great music podcasts about; tired formats, sycophantic focus on ‘celebrity’ or all about the product placement. This podcast is none of those things. I don’t always share the same taste in music (I like hip hop but don’t love it) but the passion shown and considered opinions provided make this well worth a listen. Have discovered several new artists as a result of listening as well as revisiting records with a different perception. Would recommend
I genuinely love this podcast series. Hosted by podcasters who clearly know what they’re talking about.
It’s got an excellent balance of knowledge, humour and personality, and it’s introduced me to many albums.
An absolute must for music lovers.
These folks are fun as well as knowledgeable about music. I appreciate the deep dive and discussions on albums and music.
