Today I want to start a series called ‘WTF is…?’ where we look at the different mechanisms behind endo growth and development so we can understand them better and understand why we may want to focus on endo management changes like diet and lifestyle.... more
Today’s episode is a nice short, and practical episode as I know we’ve been very science heavy lately!
I was having a conversation with a client this week, who would like to make some changes to her diet not just for endo, but due to some other heal... more

Jessica is an excellent host, interviewer, and speaker/educator. Her podcast has connected me with so many resources and touched on an honestly mind-blowing number of things that I’ve experienced in my own journey and I feel a lot of validation and hope each time I listen. Thank you, Jessica, for the time and energy you spend sharing this information with us.
This is by far one of the best podcasts I have ever listened to. If you have (or especially if someone you care about has) any of these conditions, I highly recommend it.
- Symptomatic hypermobility conditions (Ehlers Danlos, Marfan, Hypermobility Spectrum, and undiagnosed but suspected)
- Mast Cell Activation Syndrome
- Dysautonomia
- Endometriosis
This episode is wildly comprehensive, but clear.

I never thought a podcast could change my life- and change my pain?!
How wild is that.
Since starting to listen to this podcast (about two years ago?) I have now slowly begun to live a healthier more Endo-friendly life.
My life has drastically changed and I credit this podcast hugely for that. I now eat completely different, I’m very in-tune with my body. And life (almost) completely Pain free now - I can’t believe it.
If would recommend this podcast to anyone, and I really mean anyone! I’ve pa... more
I have been listening to ‘this endo life’ for a while now.
More and more in the past week or two as I shuffle through the very vergrown garden weeding cycle, and it has been a great source of information and confirmation for me.
Presented in a very relaxed, down to earth way, the lady presenting the show is well informed/researched in the subject, and her passion for getting knowledge to the endometriosis community, to help alleviate the symptoms and improve quality of life is obvious.
I highly... more
