Hey there, been listening to Sarah for a number of years and she truly puts the work in passion into her podcast. I have heard many references and guests on her podcast that I have dive deeper into that have helped me in my personal healing journey. There’s been two books that have been mentioned on the podcast and I’ve read both of those. I don’t typically write reviews, but I have to give accolades when I see them, keep up the great work, Sarah!
Sarah does a great job when she’s solo hosting and really shines with the guests by asking interesting and smart questions and letting them share their stories
I was really excited to listen to this episode because I am living with multiple traumas. I actually found it hard to concentrate on what Sostenes Lima was saying because of the amount of times he said the word “right”. This word was said after each sentence and it was very distracting and unfortunately took away from the material. I was not able to continue to listen to this episode. This happens to be the first time I’ve listened to the show so I’m a little turned off but will give another tr... more
If you can ignore the product endorsements littered throughout each episode, there’s probably some decent information to be gleamed from this podcast. But that’s a big ask, and the hosts have completely discarded their own integrity and trustworthiness by funding their podcast through accepting payments for endorsing products. I can’t take any psychologist seriously who would shill CBD gummies, or claim that the best action to take when a friend has depression is to buy them a bake-at-home bread... more
You’re perfect for the new solo show! I loved our episode on food freedom, eating disorders and disordered eating. Thank you for having me as a guest. ❤️
