I was really excited to listen to this episode because I am living with multiple traumas. This happens to be the first time I’ve listened to the show so I’m a little turned off but will give another tr... more
If you can ignore the product endorsements littered throughout each episode, there’s probably some decent information to be gleamed from this podcast. But that’s a big ask, and the hosts have completely discarded their own integrity and trustworthiness by funding their podcast through accepting payments for endorsing products. You’re perfect for the new solo show! I loved our episode on food freedom, eating disorders and disordered eating. Thank you for having me as a guest. ❤️
I find Therapy Jeff to really helpfully articulate a lot of the issues I wrestle with in therapy- my therapist actually sends me the occasional episode to listen to following a session! Keep them coming!
Sarah is a chimpanzee! This show brings interesting topics and captivating one on one conversations. I really appreciate that Sarah combines her personal and professional experiences to present social science type topics. I also appreciate the show isn’t chaotic…it’s easy to listen to and follow along. Def recommend!!
