One thing to mention to many of the young ones who are on the pod.
Some of your comments lack a certain perspective. 30 is not old, 30 is young.
Its Understood in the world of top sport performance, people peak in their 20’s that is science… any other reference to being old at 30🤦🏼♀️
Keep the content coming! Powerlifting rocks!!
I have listened a few different times and am just not impressed. The interviewer just never ask the questions I want to hear. He even AVOIDS things when the athlete brings it up.
I like the idea of this podcast but this host is not good at all…. Needs a new host..
