    I just found this show the other day and listened to the episode about menstruation and how it affects our training. I’m not exaggerating when I say that I’ve been waiting for the info that Solana and Kris outline in this episode. I was so excited to hear two strong female voices in the powerlifting speak about a subject that I’ve wondered about a lot.
