As an individual who is always willing to learn and develop my mindset, I enjoy listening to this podcast, as I could relate to some of the topics. Andrea is brilliant and asks all the right questions, and the conversations are always educational.
As a podcaster myself I really appreciate when an interviewer allows the space to truly bring the guest’s story and insights out. Andrea’s episode with Caroline Farberger (Ep 95) offered a unique story of a CEO leading as both a male then later a female. The observations and reflections on diversity and inclusion were gifts to all who want to truly create a culture that brings out the best in everyone.
