As a mother-teacher to 4 littles ones I am so blessed to have come across The Wonder Years. This is just want I needed to hear in order to help me understand my duties as a daughter of the Most High, a wife, a mother and a teacher to my children. It has been so life giving! Thank you Amanda and Brooke for taking the time to show this beggar where to get bread.
I adore this podcast! After each podcast, I’m lifted higher to a better way of living and mothering, grounded in the power of principles and showered with beautiful thoughts.
I found this podcast through Autumn Kern and I couldn’t be more excited about it. I’m taking notes on everything and crying with you on the last quote of each episode. I have two little ones and you ladies give me life with all these ideas. Best wishes from Barcelona, Spain!
All children are born persons but the ideas of a classical education—a rich, humane way of living—seem to “matter” only when a child begins formal education. But surely this can’t be so! How do we bring truth, beauty, and goodness to the whole of our children’s lives? The earliest years? Amanda and Brooke are faithful guides, philosophers, and friends as we consider how the earliest years are for persons too. Well done, ladies!
Delighting the intellect in the most simplistic friendly conversation about how, why and what it’s means to truly do well in our duty to raise little saints and the encouragement to do just that, with realistic and humble tones this show offers a gift that you will always treasure as you glide down the River of classical education, in your heart and in your home! Well done Ladies!Three Cheers and May the Holy Spirit continue to guide you and this resource!
