Welcome back to daily wisdom.
By the time a day ends, most of us have already quietly judged it. We got somewhere, or we fell behind. And what is striking is how often the verdict is a small no, even after a day that was full.

This podcast is recommended to me and I’m so glad that it was! It’s short enough to digest quickly, but so deep and meaningful in the content! I am a huge fan!
Such a simple grounded. I love the soft conversational tone of this podcast. The relaxed nature and gentle honest thoughts are exactly what I need in my life. I have never thought about Taoism before but I spend a lot of my life outdoors I love the relationship between the mind and the natural world.
This podcast is a perfect little combination of calming narrator, not too short, not too long episodes and words of wisdom that always seem to speak to something I need to hear. And thankfully the ideas expressed while universal & simple to understand, avoid sounding too cliched or cheesy. Thank you for your efforts making these!
I love this podcast - excellent short insights into Taoism on a regular basis. The reason, however, I think l think the podcaster is AI is because there’s virtually no information about who Chen Li is anywhere. Not on his blog, not even in the self published repackaged Tao de Ching he sells on Amazon. And there no photo of the real person anywhere. Lastly - the audio often sounds very AI -
Like too perfect. It’s very strange.
I cannot say enough about this wonderful podcast. It has become my weekly meditation companion and an invaluable reminder to slow down, look, listen, and observe. Chen’s calming voice calls you back to a quiet center, and his grounded insights are relatable and approachable. This is a regular listen for me, and I’m so grateful to have it as an addition to my mornings. ☀️
