  • May as well just read the wiki entry

So it’s clear these guys have just spouted off lines from the wiki page for the christman genipperteinga episode they did, which makes me not interested in their other episodes. The personality of them is lively but I actually want to learn more on the subject, not puddle deep knowledge.

  • Fascinating Insight

I'm not a Harry Potter fanatic. Have seen the movies but cannot say I have a real interest in the series or video game. What drew me to the Hogwarts Legacy episode was the insight into real-world topics. It's fascinating to hear someone's opinion about what people find wrong with the game just because of the Creator or topical areas they pinpoint and try to lay on the game they feel are offensive.

Chris gives good insight and examples about the game's criticism and how unjust it can be while i... more

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

159: 47 Years Hunting the Unknown with The Searcher Group: Canada’s Oldest Paranormal Team
Q: What kinds of environments have you found particularly challenging or rewarding to work in?
Hospitals, schools, and historic buildings stand out as emotionally charged and energy-rich environments; while these places are tough due to emotional residue and logistics, they also yield strong, corroborated EVP and documentary material when handled with care.
159: 47 Years Hunting the Unknown with The Searcher Group: Canada’s Oldest Paranormal Team
Q: How do mediums fit into your investigations, and how do you prevent bias?
We use mediums with carefully controlled access, avoid giving them prior history, conduct extensive background work first, and assess the information the medium provides against what we already know; only after groundwork is laid do we bring the medium in to test impressions.
159: 47 Years Hunting the Unknown with The Searcher Group: Canada’s Oldest Paranormal Team
Q: What is the core approach your team takes when you enter a site for an investigation?
We enter as guests with a high level of respect, introduce our equipment calmly, invite communication, and avoid antagonizing the spirits, allowing the environment to guide us and using recordings to capture evidence after initial introductions.
152:Haunted and Alone: Paranormal Investigator Charlie Rivero
Q: Can you just really quickly tell us how you came up with the idea of what you're covering, like how it started for you?
Charlie talks about starting in paranormal investigations since 1987, inspired by his mentor Doug Drenski who was close with Ed and Lorraine Warren.
151: Haunted Catholic School, Poltergeists & Paranormal Encounters with ThirdEyeBekah
Q: What were some of your experiences in a haunted house?
I experienced objects moving, scratching noises, and apparitions, which escalated when new people entered the house.
