WARNING: This is an extremely serious and useful business podcast with many useful takeaways and interviews. This podcast is like getting an occasional voice-note from an entrepreneur who's running a multi-million dollar (profit) business. It's raw, completely unedited but most importantly: actionable! Honestly, this should be called "Diary of a CEO", but that's... like.... taken already I think. ... more

Omg loved the last episode of mental state with the sadness doctor ! It’s such an insightful episode to start off the year😍
As someone who owns a small business this podcast is very refreshing.
In so many other podcasts you only hear people succeeding and when business is actually very up and down it can be frustrating only hearing about the wins.
This podcast is way more raw and doesn’t shy away from the fails and the mistakes made.
I love it.
This is the worst podcast I have ever listened to. Please do something else, this is for sure not your thing…
Absolutely love this show. A perfect balance of genius insight into one of the top leaders in facilitation/workshop product businesses, mixed with random ongoings inside the day to day of AJSmart.
Not polished, edited, cut or checked.. you won’t care though. That’s the point. Relaxing commuter soundtrack with the odd genius business insight.
Jonathan chats away, without a script, but somehow with a plan.
When you least expect it, he blasts out awesome inspirations.
