  • Funny and insightful

I wish I’d discovered this podcast earlier! It feels a bit weird to be starting a chat with the hosts 3 years after the episode was recorded.

  • Meandering, but detailed

Unlike the world and its Nanny, I didn’t discover podcasts during lockdown. This gives me plenty to explore now. This pod scores over rivals by allocating copious time with Joanna and Francine exploring the works of Sir Terry Pratchett. By dividing the books into three parts, their discussions has room for wide roaming analysis and the odd rabbit hole. They recognise that the truth is out there, and get part way to the fact that it shall make ye Fred!

  • A Delight

A delight to listen too. The energy between Joanna and Francine is lovely to listen too and each episode is full of humour and warmth.

Feels like dipping in or the disc world with two trusty guides who open up bits of well known stories you may not have thought much about as well as chatting through the familiar bits.

Really enjoy the sound effects too :)
