  • Lame

Tried to give this podcast a try several weeks in a row. Speakers need to pay more attention to the show and also. Learn to edit (even the podcast description is wrong). 🙄

  • Edit, edit, edit

It is obvious these people are home cooks who enjoy the show. I don’t mind that it’s amateur. However, they need to be aware of audio quality and learn to edit.

The episode I listened to had 5 people talking at the same time. It was difficult to pay attention without pulling my hair. Especially with some of the guests’ mics being sun-par in quality.

The hour-long episode could have been edited down to 30 minutes max. Lots of banter and digresses.

  • Get new hosts

The hosts don’t pay close enough attention to the show and make several incorrect statements on what happens. Two weeks in a row they’ve botched what happens on LCK. They also don’t seem to be knowledgeable enough about food to discuss the show properly. One host also is vegetarian and does not seem to have the capacity to appreciate dishes with meat. Unable to recognize or pronounce many ingredients and dishes, even with a two day gap between the show airing and the podcast where they could res... more

  • Amateurish at best

The hosts don’t pay attention to the show and often make errors, including calling contestants by the wrong names. They don’t seem to have widespread food knowledge or even an appreciation of food outside of their own personal palates. Each episode rambles on for far too long to be filled with misinformation. I feel like I know more about the hosts’ children, past restaurant experiences, and quarantine cooking than I do about Top Chef - but I’m here for Top Chef. I only listen to one other After... more
