  • A Light Shining on a Hill

From the UK…the one good thing emerging from the Gateway/ Robert Morris scandal was finding this podcast

Insightful and impassioned, it makes sense of the insane clown posse circus that is MAGA/ Christian Nationalism in US politics, whilst holding on to calmer and kinder spiritual values.

  • Try to listen to all

I really like the overall idea of this pod and enjoy it in concept. Often I find I wish the hosts could focus and shorten the episodes. Long time listener means I know the leanings and we can have fewer rants and more intention allowing for the great content I tune in for. I cannot listen live so I do find the live content to be part of the length issue. I get the need to give feedback to the super chats but I’m leaning towards not listening as much because it gets long for the reasons mentioned... more

God parted The Red Sea, to help the Jewish people escape slavery. The Bible itself is split into two sections, before Jesus and after Jesus. For that very reason, the timeline of history is split into before Christ BC and after Christ AD (Anno Domini, which means "in the year our Lord").

If you Bible scholars can't figure that out, then we are better off n... more

  • Praise from across the pond!

I listen in every week from Northern Ireland. Like most people in the UK and Ireland, I’m shocked to see what is currently happening in the US. It’s beyond belief! This podcast has helped me understand that the root cause of the rot that has set in - all the cruelty this ‘regime,’ is facilitating, is without a doubt, Christian nationalism. As a Christian attending an Anglican Church, I despair even from across the pond! Thank you both for articulating your views on it in such a knowledgeable and... more
