Listened to all six episodes tonight bc my 15 year old daughter is struggling with anxiety. Would love to hear more from this wise man. Please?
This is great, so easy to listen to and follow the story format. As a parent, it is easy to worry about our kids. This podcast helps parents understand teen anxiety, maybe ease some of our own anxiety, and really learn how to help our kids. Corey is patient and demonstrates a deep understanding of the teen mind.
I love the narrative style for this topic of the brain and how it works, one that can be very heady and hard to follow. I hope others find it as helpful as I do. I want to see Corey continue this story line and branch out into other topics such as depression, PTSD, or anger. Thank you for providing such a great resource!
I have really enjoyed listening to this podcast. Wonderfully helpful in relating to our teen.
What a great a premise for a podcast! The opening narrative and counselor’s reflections promise hope, insight, and compassion as the story of David and his family unfolds. Better yet, finding community when you are struggling with mental health issues is, in and of itself, a saving grace. This podcast lets our kids, us, know: we are not alone. Kudos!
