Listening to these podcasts and following along with the app has been so helpful. I always struggle to stay motivated and organized to clean. This podcast helps me break it up into small chunks. It never gets overwhelming and lately I’ve been actually looking forward to my cleaning sessions! I’ve been following it for a month now :)
Gem….listening to your podcasts makes me feel like my mind suddenly makes sense, our brains work the same way and hearing somebody else saying the things I think is very reassuring! All of your advice, compassion and company is deeply appreciated x

I can’t recommend this enough. Thank you xx... more
