Listening to these podcasts and following along with the app has been so helpful. I always struggle to stay motivated and organized to clean. This podcast helps me break it up into small chunks. It never gets overwhelming and lately I’ve been actually looking forward to my cleaning sessions! I’ve been following it for a month now :)
Gem….listening to your podcasts makes me feel like my mind suddenly makes sense, our brains work the same way and hearing somebody else saying the things I think is very reassuring! All of your advice, compassion and company is deeply appreciated x
I asked a question recently as I’ve made the decision to stop having a cleaner, thank you so much for answering it! Despite being a member of TOMM for years and being a bit of a pro at the routine I as really daunted as I work full time and have a sizeable house full of teenagers. Well 4 months later and I’ve not looked back. My house is clean and tidy, I don’t feel overwhelmed, everyone has clean clothes and I’ve saved over 3 thousand pounds already! I can’t recommend this enough. Thank you xx... more
Thanks for answering my question about moving to a bigger house, it was so helpful! I can’t wait to move, especially now the cleaning seems a little less scary. Anna 😀
