Ugh. He means the rebirth of belief in Christianity. With the supposition, of course, that that’s the only plausible way to conceptualize God. Classic apologetics.
Season two so far is lack luster! What is this focus on male identity, get off this! And your theory that people are coming back to the church is only applicable to the people interviewed. Ironically the UK Is lost its faith, so the rest is focused on a lot on US. Find your faith first. I believe in the one true God and not the god of the people!

I’ve tracked with Justin over the last few years, playing catchup with the very good podcast “Unbelievable.” which is also excellent. However, this particular podcast in a more narrative approach is so well done. I find myself joyfully listening to the commercials because this show deserves the money it makes from ad revenue because it’s so well done. It’s very engaging—even riveting at times.
