I can’t recommend this podcast highly enough! This is an honest look at the joys of running and the pleasure of being part of a community. The love between the sisters is evident and it makes this podcast honest and genuine. My favourite episode…? Too many to mention but I was particularly moved by the two episodes on Breaking the Silence. Looking forward to Running Free in The Race in Atlanta - when do we leave?!?
I really enjoyed listening to the Women’s day episode . The stories from the panel of ladies showed the grace, strength and power of black women owning their journey of life and love . This is now one of my top podcasts to listen to . Keep it up .
Jules Dee and Pet I listened to this a few weeks ago but posting review now. Steph is an Amazing lady who has showed so much resilience and courage and has the most positive outlook. Her sense of humour is great which made for great listening despite all the ups and downs. Wishing her sand her family all the best for the future.

Great Conversations!! I really enjoy these ladies perspectives and the things they discuss. Although we are in different countries many of the issues and topics they discuss are relevant all around the world. Great running podcast!
Great podcast ladies!
I enjoy the variety of guests on the podcast with the mix of Food Running and Travel. I also find it very relatable and very natural in its interaction between hosts and guests.
